All prices quoted include a complimentary welcome pack including wine, beer, farm eggs, coffee, tea, milk, biscuits and chocolates. Complimentary bed linen, bath and pool towels, tea towels are included at the beginning of each let. Extra linen changes plus mini clean £50.00, Longer term rentals by negotiation. For you convenience and relaxation a ready prepared homemade meal of your choice can be provided on your arrival.  Consisting of three courses an example menu is- sumptuous salad with home grown herbs and cold meat platter, homemade chicken and leek pie with seasonal vegetables, apricot tart tatin with ice cream.  Bread, wine, tea and coffee included.  18 Eur per adult, 8 Eur per child.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRETTY FRENCH FARMHOUSE ACCOMODATION

1. After initial contact to arrange a booking a reservation will be held for 7 working days allowing you time to complete and sign the booking form and return it with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit. Please forward a deposit of 30% on completion of the booking form. We will then send confirmation of your booking to you with an invoice for the balance which will be due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. A damage deposit (£200) must also be paid when making final payment. If you are booking late (i.e. within 8 weeks) all the money is payable on making the reservation. We will return your damage deposit within two weeks after the end of the rental period provided the property is left in a clean and tidy state. In the event that more than normal time is required to bring the house back up to standard a deduction will be made from the damage deposit. However, the sum held shall not limit your liability to me.

2. In the event of you requesting a cancellation, refund of the balance amount will be made if I am able to re-let the property, less the deposit amount, which will be deducted from the refundable amount. All cancellations must be made in writing. A customer wishing to alter a booking after the contract is formed shall forfeit the deposit paid on booking and any alteration shall be treated as a new booking and contract.                                                                                 

3. I shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused to or suffered by you if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, I shall within seven days of notification to you refund all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period. Under no circumstances shall my liability to you exceed the amount paid to me for the rental of the house.                                                                        

4. All prices quoted are per week and are from Saturday to Saturday. You can arrive from 4pm on the Saturday and you must vacate the accomodation by 10am the following Saturday. The prices include electricity, water, bed linen, pool and bath towels, tea towels etc. Discounts are available for couples, individuals and out of season bookings by negotiation. Also out of season mid week breaks will be considered, please ask. There is an additional charge for heating in cold months.                                                                                                     

5. There is no smoking in the accomodation.                                                            

6. Prices quotes are based on a maximum of 6 named persons as per the booking form staying in the house. At no time can other persons or pets be accommodated at the property.                                  

7. In the event of breakdown of equipment or appliances in the property or garden please let us know and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. The owners have the right to enter the property at all reasonable times in cases of emergency, for the purposes of inspection and repair of the property and its equipment, fittings and contents.                        

8. We shall not be liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property. We will also not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strike or other matters beyond my control. We shall also not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused to or suffered by you if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, We shall within seven days of notification to you refund all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period. Under no circumstances shall my liability to you exceed the amount paid to me for the rental of the house.                               

9. The owner of the property is not liable for any accidents, injuries or deaths which occur during any resident's stay at prettyfrenchfarmhouse. We suggest all persons take out travel insurance and carry an EHIC card. WHEN BOOKING ALL RESIDENTS ACCEPT THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WHETHER OR NOT THE BOOKING FORM IS SIGNED BY THEM.
