There are a variety of airports and low cost airlines to choose from. If you book enough in advance you can often get some very good deals. Our nearest airport is PAU which is approximately 35 miles away. BIARRITZ airport is approximately 65 miles away.

There are many routes also to BORDEAUX and ZARAGOZA airports which are approx three and half hours away.
BY SEA
You can sail from Portsmouth to Bilbao on the north coast of Spain with P & O ferries or to Plymouth to Santander (about 3 to 4 hours drive thereafter). Alternatively, once across the channel you can drive from western channel ports to the house within a day. Calais is about a 12 hour journey.
